Ryan made our home buying experience a breeze!

He showed us whatever we wanted wherever we wanted, gave really great points during walkthroughs, and was very responsive when we were trying to get a hold of him short notice. When we finally decided on a home, he also had great recommendations for everything (insurance, inspectors, response requests, etc), so we never felt overwhelmed and we always knew what to expect next.

I cannot recommend Ryan enough. If we ever sell, he will be the one we call!

There aren’t enough words to describe the amazing level of service you’ll receive working with Ryan. Punctual, compassionate, reliable, efficient and straight forward describe who he is as a person. We met Ryan by happenstance. The housing market was hot and we wanted to tour a house, so we did a search for a realtor on Zillow. Little did we know, we’d meet exactly the person that would guide us into finding the perfect home for us. Honesty and integrity are two qualities that every realtor should have. Ryan was honest with us about each house we viewed. He let us know when the house didn’t meet the expectations we set forth and would not allow us to settle for anything less than what we desired. Did I mention how knowledgeable and thorough Ryan is? Ryan did a full mock up on each house we visited and he didn’t just allow us to look at the fixtures and finishes. He walked us through the entire house and did a mini inspection and pointed out items that we wouldn’t necessarily think to look for. When we walked through the home we eventually purchased, we all knew that we finally found the home we were looking for. When we went through the inspection report, the inspector notated items that Ryan has mentioned during our showing, so we weren’t surprised. I could write a book to review Ryan, but I’d rather you utilize his expertise and allow him to guide you as your realtor to find the home that was designed for you.

Ryan Dilley is truthfully the most genuine, respectful, kind, and attentive person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been working on my wording for this review for quite some time, trying to find the right words to describe how incredible he is. I think I’ve got them now! We’d been working together on finding a house since I was 17 (granted, I’m only 19 now) and throughout the entire process he treated me with complete respect, as if I was buying a $500k house with no loan. On my first day with him, we spent hours looking at multiple homes in the area even though collectively my partner and I had maybe four thousand dollars. He cared enough to look through the homes with us, notify us of potential concerns, and walk us through the entire process of buying a home for when we were fully ready. Words cannot describe how valuable he is and I’m eternally grateful to have been assigned him on my first day searching through homes at 17. After years passing, I contacted him to say I was finally ready to look at homes again. We found my ‘forever’ home around December of 2022, and I’ve loved it ever since! Ryan was incredibly flexible and understanding from start to finish. I have the utmost respect for him as a person and a realtor because of his integrity and powerful charm. I hope all of you get to experience his beautiful soul & bright smile at some point in your lives, it’s truly a sight to behold.

When we needed to sell my mother's condo quickly, Ryan was the man for the job. Living in another state, I was not sure how to make the sales process happen. Ryan immediately understood the need for an efficient and profitable sale and took control of the situation. He also showed my mother a lot of care and support, letting us know, "My job is to make this as stress free as possible for your mother." He made it stress free for all of us and my mother closed on her condo with money in the bank!

I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! As a first time home buyer, he taught me so much about the process of purchasing a home. He took time to teach me and talk through everything with me. He was so wonderful to work with. He also went out of his way to make the deal as smooth as possible. As someone who was purchasing a home and lived over 30 miles from his office, he did so much to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Ryan Dilley was an incredible resource for my husband and me while we searched for a home. We must have looked at 25+ houses, but Ryan was always patient with us and even looked online every day to see if any new properties had popped up that might match our wish list. He knows the Delphi/Lafayette area quite well and was a helpful guide in terms of knowing what the communities were like, how the school systems were rated, and so on. Ryan was very responsive and communicated well, something my husband and I appreciated when other realtors hadn't been so with us in the past. Even during the crazy seller's market of 2022, he was able to book showings quickly for us and tour properties with us on short notice. He was professional and had a keen eye for spotting issues with the many houses we looked at. I was put in contact with Ryan through an app to schedule a showing and ended up working with him through all of the 5 months it took me to find my first home. Ryan never pushed me to make an offer on something just to make a sale. In fact, he once talked me out of making an offer he didn’t feel was in my best interest. He said “I don’t want to be a part of helping you buy a home that you’ll hate in 6 months.” It was very easy to trust him after that. Ryan was very quick to help me see houses, even ones that he knew I was unlikely to make an offer on, and flexible with his scheduling. He brought listings to my attention that I missed in my searches and thoroughly explained several things to me that I didn’t understand as a first time home buyer. I think we saw at least 15 houses and he was great at every showing. I very much enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and likable realtor in the home selling or buying process.

Ryan is an absolute joy to be around! We went on a lot of adventures to houses for sale, some very unique, and he was always great at picking out important details around the homes. He's very knowledgeable about what to watch out for and was always happy to discuss ways we may alter issues found in the house on our own if we decided to move forward with an offer. He always kept in mind the specific traits we were looking for in houses and proactively shared new postings that matched. Houses were selling the same day they entered the market, so he was constantly adjusting his personal life to make time for us. He really wanted us to succeed! During the process of purchasing our house, a lot of issues came up, and even when I was shy about pushing the seller, he spoke up on my behalf and made sure everything was alright in the end. Not to mention... he really is a delight to be around! The process could have been much more stressful, but he makes it easy to laugh. I'm really glad he was my realtor!
