Ryan Douglas Wells

Ryan moved to Chicago from northeast Ohio in 2006 to complete his Master of Music from Northwestern University. What he loved about the arts—shared passion for story-telling and human connection—led him to pivot to real estate in 2012, with the opportunity to work with Stephen. Ryan thrives from the connections he makes with his clients, which made him a natural at exceptional client service. Ryan’s strength lies in his ability to listen, to understand fully what success looks like for each individual client, and his proven ability to advise strategically in achieving that success. This skillset led him to consistently double his multi-million-dollar volume each year until 2015, when it became clear that the team was ready to evolve.
