Absolutely nailed it. In a hot market, he found me a home within my price range and location preference. He made sure i understood every piece of paper work signed, total transparency. I never felt in the dark. Additionally, we had a pretty major hiccup on the seller's part during closing, but Ryan got us through it and navigated us to a closing and more in date that was perfectly satisfactory. Lots of phone calls, emailing, etc. he handled it all. Can not recommend enough

Ryan has a reputation for being very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He understands the industry, works tirelessly for his clients, and is very honest. Ryan is absolutely phenomenal! He was very patient, responsive, and encouraging every step of the way. He made sure I was 100% confident in my decisions and educated me about what the process would look like. Ryan took the time to get to know what I wanted in a home and made the process simple. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who wants a real estate agent that will look for what the clients wants, and not the amount of money they would make from the sale.
