Ryan is the only guy you need when it comes to finding a trustworthy real estate agent in los angeles county. He will take care of you just like he did recently with my wife & and also my mother. He's patient, knowledgeable & knows all the in and outs/tricks of buying and selling real estate. You can tell he's been in the game for awhile.

We viewed several homes all within our budget and not once did we get a feeling like we were being pushed or swayed in any direction. Ryan made himself available for the hundreds of questions we had as first time homebuyers. This made the buying process a lot less daunting than we had originally thought. Our negotiating power was incredibly strong with Ryan; which made us score a great place for a great price at a great rate. Escrow was smooth. Ryan has a great team behind him as well, loan officer, inspectors, etc. If you want someone who will bring their A game to the field then you want Ryan Earll.

I hired Ryan Earll to sell my parent's property in San Gabriel after Mom passed away. He was so helpful, and knew someone for everything. He recommended some really great Estate Sales people, and had a short list of various tradespeople that were able to fix up and clean out the home before we went to market. Then he sold the property for even more than we thought we might get. I was really impressed. I have already sent a few friends his way, and I would definitely use Ryan again! THANK YOU RYAN!!!
