Ryan is the absolute best real estate agent. He is personable, honest, caring, and always available. He responds to calls or texts immediately. You won’t have to wait for hours or days for him to respond. He does exactly what he says he will do.

After a family member passed, we needed to sell his house. We interviewed several real estate agents, and Ryan was the best agent. He treated us with respect and compassion. He did everything he said he would do. He found us a high and fair offer quickly and we closed in two weeks. Although we closed the sale, he stays in touch and is available if we need anything.

Other real estate agents treated us like desperate sellers and offered a low, unfair price. Ryan did just the opposite. Ryan did NOT try to talk us into accepting a low offer.

Ryan is the absolute best agent anyone could ask for. He was such a blessing for my family. HIRE HIM. You will be glad you did!

He was honest and very vocal about the cons and pros of each house we viewed and so we never felt pressured to just hurry and make an offer. Ryan Feller is a realtor like no other. I am a single female veteran, I was looking for a home but was unable to get past realtors with no real appeal…folks just looking for numbers…I had no idea what I was in for but I did know I didn’t want to be treated like a static or just another sale. I did most of my searches online and wasn’t sure about fair financing or mortgage procedures and companies. Ryan humanized the whole process, with professionalism in that he explained things and was quite patient as well as not afraid to tell me the truth when I didn’t understand. Ryan pointed me to people that he trusted and believed to be reputable and it proved to be true to his word. He assisted with helping me to choose a new construction even though I saw a different property I was certain that I wanted. He informed me of the reality of of buying a new construction vs a preexisting home. Things I was not thinking about such as the guarantees of new construction vs preexisting issues, plumbing, roof age or even foundation issues. He allowed me to realize that there were unseen circumstances that once I purchased the home would be my financial responsibility. When I was unsure of anything he gave me his upfront honest opinions and supported the facts to validate why he would chose them. I signed and committed to my home based on his input and a whole bunch of videos and pictures of the property without having physically seeing it. When I decided to see the house I had unexpected problems getting over to the coast. Ryan and his wife, Jennifer stayed with me on the phone until I was safe again. Priceless dedication, unmerited commitment like none other. As a single female veteran I am always leery of purchasing a home because so many others look at veterans as an easy check. Not Ryan, he offered himself unbiased and genuine throughout the whole process. He even personally inspected my home to be sure that when I signed there would be no snags or unknown issues. He even discovered that my dishwasher didn’t work, it looked good to me but he tried to turn it on to discover that it was installed but was not connected, he had done something as simple as that and who or how would I have been able to find the appropriate person responsible for connecting it and how long would that have taken. The small things Ryan checked and rechecked to be sure that things would be great once the closing was completed… I recommend Ryan Feller for all your new home interests and concerns. He is a realtor of integrity who goes the extra mile towards your homeownership.
