Ryan is an exceptional real estate agent who helped me with two purchases and a sale in Palm
Springs, CA. He is seasoned and very familiar with deals on both fee and leased land (Palm Springs is unusual because many cheaper homes are actually on Indian land so you need to be careful to do diligence). On one deal he coordinated surveys and an engineering company flawlessly. He worked well with other outside companies as well to get the deals done. He’s responsive 24/7 and best of all a super nice guy!!!! I would not use anyone else on my future deals.

The Buyers were a PAIN in the REAR and Ryan was always there to keep me confident we were doing the right things. the buyers came back multiple times, being completely unreasonable and Ryans professionalism got us through all the hassle (for him, not me!) and we closed on time. We are happy to recommend Ryan Gaertner. This is the second real estate deal he has handled for us. He is always knowledgable of desert real estate trends, very professional, available for calls and setting up appointments, and ready to answer questions and do whatever his clients need. The first time we worked with Ryan we were selling our home in Palm Desert and he was able to find a buyer within two weeks. That deal went so smoothy.
