Ryan Garrity

Ryan Garrity is a Co-Founder and Partner at Copper Hill, which currently consists of brokerage, title insurance, property management, and development/construction divisions. Founded in 2015, Copper Hill Real Estate started as a 3 person sales team, and has morphed into a local, real estate conglomerate with 50+ team members across all fronts. Ryan’s primary focus is on Copper Hill Development, which concentrates on building, renovating, and adding value to residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Ryan has a knack for raising capital, deal structure, and long term vision.

Ryan was raised in Abington, is a graduate of La Salle College High School in Wyndmoor, and holds a B.S. from Providence College in Rhode Island. He loves summers in Ocean City, NJ and all things Philadelphia.
