Ryan Glendenning

Ryan & Linda Glendenning are a husband and wife real estate team serving the “Ozarks” region of Southwest Missouri. They share 13 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. To service their clients’ needs, Ryan and Linda also draw from their 10+ years of residential lending experience, 10+ years of construction experience, 7+ years of residential design and decor experience along with a business degree from MSU. Ryan & Linda have won multiple awards from the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors for production volume. They have experience with first time home buyers, retirement properties, vacant land, farms, home building, investment properties (rental and remodel/resale), forever homes and cross state/country relocations. “High school sweethearts” and married for 20 years, Ryan and Linda spend their personal time with their son and four-legged, furry daughter, Daisy Dog, exploring the Ozarks’ winding, hilly trails, beautiful lakes and scenic rivers. They enjoy camping, hiking and visiting America’s amazing National Parks. Along with the outdoors, Ryan and Linda enjoy a deep involvement with their church community as well as youth sports and school activities for their son.
