As the driving force behind The Home Group, bringing over 29 years of combined real estate and construction experience to every client relationship. As a founder of both The Home Group and Heckenberg Development, I have helped clients buy, sell, invest, and build with a long-term wealth mindset. My career began in 1997 with a local Arvada homebuilder, where I gained hands-on experience in ground-up construction, project sequencing, and deal structuring. That foundation evolved into a rare dual advantage: a Licensed Realtor since 2010 and a Licensed Class A General Contractor since 2017.

This combination allows me to evaluate opportunities through both a market and construction lens—turning complexity into clarity. I specialize in residential sales, new construction, land acquisition, and investment strategies including fix-and-flips, long-term holds, short-term rentals, zoning and entitlement analysis, feasibility studies, value-add opportunities, and highest-and-best-use evaluations.

I am experienced in both traditional and creative financing and am known for structuring transactions around my clients’ long-term goals—not just the immediate deal. Previously a member of Keller Williams Luxury and the Agent Leadership Council, I now bring that leadership experience, network, and discipline forward into my role at REAL - offering clients modern systems backed by proven performance.
