Ryan was extremely helpful in our house buying experience. We were buying in Fayetteville and he was super knowledgeable about the area, giving us everything we needed to know about every neighborhood we were interested in and giving us great advice at every step.
Ryan also displays a lot of background knowledge about the entire buying process, and helped us navigate the sometimes confusing financing process.
Bottom line is Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and competent, and he aggressively advocated for our interests throughout the process. I would trust him for any sale/purchases in my future and recommend him to anyone!

We moved from out-of-town and our timeline was compressed. We knew our general area of interest in Fayetteville, and Ryan was able to take it from there. He previewed houses, provided photos and videos, and even tracked down builders to ask specific questions on certain homes. We only had time for one trip to see houses in-person, and Ryan had scheduled the showings in advance covering both different neighborhoods and different price ranges. Once we selected a home, Ryan was available day and night to assist in negotiations, inspections, repairs, utilities, moving companies and school registration. He even changed the locks on the doors, personally!!!! Overall, Ryan was knowledgeable, personable and responsive, which is exactly what we needed.

We appreciated Ryan so much as our realtor and were blessed to have found him by chance! Moving to a new city and trying to find a new home from a distance was stressful enough, but we also had a time constraint. Ryan never failed to answer a call, drove distances for us around town to see how long commutes would take, and took pictures and videos for us to consider. He is a straightshooter (even when it is to his detriment). He made it all as easy as it could be given the situation!

So Ryan is a 5* realtor in every way possible. He actually cares about selling your house, and he knows more and fights harder for the sale than any other realtor we have ever worked with in the past. He spent time to understand our needs, then came up with a gameplan WITH us. He then just constantly adapted, tweaked, adjusted and worked day & night to get the sale. He follows up instantly and is so responsive & supportive. And you get all this at the lowest possible rate - we saved so much money when we sold vs the traditional 6% model. My mom recommended that I use Ryan as my realtor. I was for “sale by owner” only and I wanted to do it all on my own, but my mom kept insisting that I get one. My mom heard about Ryan through my sister. I got up and moved to Florida and my mom arranged for Ryan to be my realtor.
