the team having an institutional background in brokerage, asset management and development of mixed-use, multifamily, retail and luxury residential properties in excess of 10 million square feet in California, Colorado, Illinois and Texas.

(Hollywood), Sunset + St. Andrews (Hollywood), Whole Foods (Oakland), The Aurora (San Francisco), Whole Foods (Naperville), Whole Foods (Chicago), Capital Towers (Sacramento), SoCo Flats (Austin), 1220 W. Bay Ave. (Newport), and more.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Ryan held management positions with some of the top
real estate companies in the nation including Rodeo Realty Beverly Hills, Cresa Los Angeles, Douglas Emmett, Transwestern, KBS Realty Advisors, Ironwood Partners, Colony Capital,
LNR and Bond Companies. Ryan heads up and manages the top producing sales team, which transacted over 90 million in sales for Rodeo Realty Beverly Hills in 2019.
