About Ryan
From an early age, Ryan was captivated by real estate, growing up in Bergen County, NJ, where he spent his childhood sketching the iconic NYC skyline from across the river, fueling a deep passion for the city’s vibrant culture. A dedicated athlete, Ryan attended Don Bosco Prep, earning a spot as a Varsity hockey player in his freshman year and later honing his leadership skills as the team’s Captain and winning a State Championship.
Immersed in the real estate industry from childhood, Ryan gained invaluable hands-on experience under the mentorship of his father, a veteran professional in NYC and NJ. After graduating, Ryan pursued his other great passion, music, touring with his signed band and continuing to explore undiscovered vinyl records that fuel his creative spirit. At just 22, he sharpened his entrepreneurial skills as the COO of a wine and spirits import company, before launching a pioneering direct-to-consumer wine e-commerce platform, establishing himself as a respected, prominent voice in the industry. Ryan’s deep connection to NYC’s vibrant culture and lifestyle has sparked a lifelong passion for adventure and discovery.
After gaining diverse perspectives from living in Miami and Washington, DC, Ryan returned to New York with a renewed appreciation for the vibrance of NYC and the Hamptons—the best place to raise his daughter as a single father.
