Philosophy

Living overseas in Northern Italy instilled in Ryan a deep-rooted value of personal relationships. It is the relationship that he cultivates with his clients that helps him to optimize his real estate goals. Real estate is so much more than just the buying and selling of property. Homes have stories to tell and Ryan works tirelessly to learn every detail in order to best advocate for his clients. Regardless of whether you are a buyer or seller, he looks forward to the opportunity to meet and learn all about your goals and priorities as he works to make your vision a reality beyond what you could have imagined.

Experience & Education

The University of New Hampshire (UNH) brought him to the NH Seacoast back in 1999 as Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in history. I returned to UNH in 2003 to complete a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and an Education Specialist degree with a focus on Leadership and Policy. He has worked in schools for over 15 years as a teacher and school administrator. In 2015, Ryan traveled with his family to Milan, Italy after accepting an Administration position at the American School of Milan. After returning from three incredible years living overseas, he embarked upon a career transition to real estate. His extensive experience in education, real estate property management, and real estate investing allows Ryan to bring his clients’ experience to the next level.

Community & Personality

Ryan actively seeks out opportunities to give back and be involved in the Seacoast community. His experience as an educator keeps him interested in finding ways to support our teachers and schools. He is the Treasurer of the Rye PTA and enjoys time coaching and volunteering with youth sports including Rec soccer, the ski program, and Little League. His wife, Linsay, is a middle school teacher, and he has two children at the elementary school. When Ryan is not working, he is most often found in the outdoors cycling, hiking, skiing, and enjoying either the mountains or the ocean. Ryan's true passion is long-distance bicycle touring and one long-term goal is to take a six-month sabbatical to ride over 6,000 miles from Cairo, Egypt to Capetown, South Africa. He has been touring by bicycle since the age of 13 and his family has embraced this passion as well.
