Ryan Kutil

Ryan grew up in Urbana and was a scholar athlete at UHS where he played baseball and football. He went on to play college baseball and study Psychology in Milwaukee for two years before transferring to the University of Illinois. At the U of I he was active in intramural sports, the Delta Upsilon fraternity, and the Orthodox Christian Fellowship and also worked as a manager at the Savoy 16 theater and Papa John's while taking classes. His professional career began in Chicago where he worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He came back to Champaign to work for Pepsi-Cola where he got the opportunity to take the Dale Carnegie class on sales, management, and public speaking. It was at that training that he met a local successful real estate broker and was inspired to get his real estate license. He was motivated to get his license and got through over 100 hours of classes and tests in two months. Fast forward 11 years and Ryan has gained invaluable experience working with both buyers and sellers and has been with The Nate Evans Group for six years now.
