Ryan Larocca

Ryan LaRocca is the CEO and Director of Acquisitions at LRG Homes LLC. Raised in San Jose, California, he pursued Business and Economics at San Jose State University. His journey in construction commenced after graduating from vocational school in 2010, leading to a career in commercial HVAC and extensive knowledge of trades and building maintenance. In 2014, Ryan transitioned into the real estate sector, affiliating with esteemed firms like Keller Williams and Intero Real Estate, earning recognition as a top-performing agent. This role enabled him to grasp the intricacies of enhancing real property and prompted his inaugural investments in 2017.

Today, Ryan is a dedicated full-time investor, overseeing 10+ projects annually across residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate domains. His expertise spans construction management, both conventional and private financing, and the acquisition of investment properties. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ryan finds joy in competitive activities like disc golf and martial arts, as well as exploring the world through international travel.
