I'm not the type to typically write up reviews, but I can't speak enough to how helpful Ryan has been throughout my entire home buying process. This was my first home purchase, and with my parents living on the other side of the country, I needed someone that I could trust to navigate me through all of my unknowns. Ryan was incredibly responsive, answering my emails and calls well into his personal time and explaining everything in ways that were easy for me to understand. Ryan gave us honest opinions, helping us find a place that fit us perfectly even though he could have clearly made more money off of some of the other options we were considering (it probably would have been less work for him, too). When we had hard deadlines, Ryan tirelessly chased everyone to make sure that all of the necessarily processes were being tended to on all ends, even going so far as to coordinate and monitor home repairs prior to closing (the seller was located in a different state, so things were going slower than we had liked...he stepped up and made everything happen). When I ended up having to leave the country, Ryan took care of everything for me while I was gone. I could probably write an entire novel about how helpful and awesome Ryan has been through this entire process, but I think the long and short of it is that Ryan is incredibly thorough, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy...and I would recommend him to anyone that asked. He's definitely been the superhero of my home buying process, from beginning to end (and then some afterwards, as well). - Kelley Morgan Wright
