Ryan Maddox

Ryan Maddox personifies integrity, dedication & creative service at Southwest Missouri Realty. Ryan grew up on a dairy farm just outside of Marshfield Missouri, where he quickly learned the value of hard work. From there, he began to serve customers at an early age at the family owned grocery store. This dedication to service and the joy that comes from helping others succeed, continues to be a driving force.

Ryan is a family man, with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife Kim, and their three children. A competitor by nature, he enjoys playing ball in the yard, a pickup basketball game now & then, and most often, in the stands for his kid’s events.

Trained and inspired by some of the best, Ryan holds more than 18 years of sales, marketing, and negotiation experience. He has attended, and been recognized at multiple regional and national sales conferences. In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communication Studies from Evangel University. Ryan uses his experience and foresight to proactively address the details of every Ozark and Springfield MO real estate transaction. He and his team at Southwest Missouri Realty will work diligently, through positive and effective communication, to ensure you are kept up-to-date on your buying &/or selling experience.
