I met Ryan through a mutual friend and he’d share his knowledge and was excited about me searching for a house, even though he wasn’t even my realtor at the time. Ryan was proactive, communicative, open, asked what I wanted, and what was important to me in my first home. I went from house searching to closing on my home in a mere couple of months. Ryan is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does, and it shows! He is easy to talk to and willing to answer any/all questions that linger around buying a home. I thank the Universe that he was placed in my path because I love my home! I totally recommend Ryan as a realtor to any one I know looking for a home/property.
