Ryan Mortka

Ryan Mortka recently transitioned into commercial real estate, previously having specialized in residential real estate. Ryan’s specialties include working with buyers to find space for lease or purchase and working with sellers to get the most exposure possible for properties by directly marketing such properties to potential buyers. Ryan grew up in the Capital Region and loves working in the communities that he knows well. He has been interested in real estate since a young age and enjoys helping local businesses grow by maximizing their investments on real estate, as well as working with bigger national brands, while staying up to date on current trends. Having grown up in the area, Ryan graduated from Shenendehowa High School before completing his higher education at Siena College. He participates in the Albany Executives Association (AXA) and when not at work, you can find Ryan snowboarding, playing golf, or playing hockey.
