Such a blessing to find Ryan. We serendipitously crossed paths at an open house. I highly suggest finding a fellow Vet/service member like Ryan if you have to navigate the VA loan process; He was well-versed in the details, connected all the dots, helped us narrow down our search, and negotiated an incredible deal. All of this AND he was my emotional-support-real-estate-agent.

Ryan was truly exceptional. I met him by chance at an open house he was hosting. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and knowledge of the greater Modesto area.
