Previously, Ryan was a partner at RSI Asset Management, a real estate firm that works with large hedge funds to help facilitate and service non-performing loans and real estate assets throughout Florida. Since 2009, Ryan has helped acquire, value, service, manage, and sell over $500 million in assets.
Ryan’s past clients include Kondaur Capital, Blackstone, Waterfall AM, Wexford Capital, Tiptree Financial, Bayview Financial, Ark Loans solutions, and many other funds. Ryan has also worked with large real estate developers selling new construction throughout South Florida.
Originally from northern Minnesota, Ryan moved to South Florida in 1998 and has been active and licensed in real estate since 1999. Ryan loves everything real estate and has a huge passion for technology. Ryan is excited to combine real estate and technology to make the industry better and more transparent.
