Ryan went above and beyond. Seriously, use this guy for your listing or for buying a place. I bought my building with Ryan in 2013 and he walked me through the process and was so responsive throughout closing. When i went to list the same building in 2020, he was right there to get it done for me. We closed in record time, had over 30 showings of the building in 2 days, and got more than asking price. I sold the building after moving out of state and he was my feet on the ground coordinating showings, communicating with tenants, and he even bought paint to re-finish the stairs.
