6/19/15 Benita My husband and I first met Ryan when we called about a listing he had that was already under contract. Still he offered to show it to us in case it fell thru. We were so glad we looked at it which made us fee better knowing it wasn't what we were looking for. But because of his willingness to help out we called him when we wanted to look at another property. Because of his experience in Fannie Mae properties we were able to close on our dream house last Friday after 30 days! He always was available whenever I needed him and was knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I have already recommended him to my friends looking for homes. A great experience for sure and his staff are just as helpful.

12/31/14 I have known and worked with Ryan for the past 15 years in the real estate industry as a closing agent and have always felt confident in referring my friends and family to him for their real estate needs. Ryan is knowledgeable, honest and very easy to reach when you have a question. My husband and I had numerous agents we could have chosen to list our home with when we decided to move however; Ryan was the first and only Realtor we called. He listed our house and within the week we had a contract in hand. We closed 31 days from listing our house! We are extremely happy with the services and help that Ryan offered to us during this whirl wind of a move!

4/21/14 fortitude I have used Ryan Rogers for both the sale and purchase of homes, as well as a mortgage lender waaayyy back in the day when he was in the mortgage business. Ryan has an unprecedented amount of experience and knowledge about the real estate industry, and with his vast experience in the mortgage game he is a great asset to all clients that he works with. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have an agent that understands how the mortgage process works ( as well as other facets of the banking industry like foreclosures/short sales ). If you are in the market for a realtor do not hesitate to use Ryan Rogers. He's honest, knowledgeable, and on top of his game!

2/27/15 lbrennaman Ryan helped us to find a home using the VA Loan, which has it's own set of rules and regulations (confusing and rigid). We needed a home for my husband and me, our kids, and my parents so we had some strict guidelines of our own, such as two masters and the main master on the first floor, etc. He also had to work very fast and efficiently because our leases were almost up. This was the very tail end of the housing market going back up. He kept in touch with us every day. His response time to our texts were within a half hour or less. He had his mother (another veteran Realtor) show us homes when he was unavailable. He still called us on his vacation! I know we couldn't have been the easiest family to find a home for, but he did such an excellent job. We never felt uncertain of our choice in a real estate agent. He found us the perfect house for an amazing deal and all of our needs were met. The housing market jumped up the very next month! I highly recommend Ryan not only for is expertise but his amazing customer service. Ryan was the person we called with any questions regarding the house. A year went by and we had a big issue with the A/C unit and we called Ryan. He got in touch with the developer and found out who the subcontractor was and had a good talking to with them. It turned out to be less expensive to fix than we thought, but I'm sure Ryan would have fought to have us get compensated. What's even fore telling of his character is that I've just recently quit work at a big firm to stay home with the kids and start my own photography business. He sends work and referrals my way even though he doesn't have to. He's very dedicated to his friends and family and his clients are all on friend basis. I cannot say enough good things about this guy and I'm so thankful that we happened to meet. I tell everyone about him.

Not only has he been the most professional and detailed Realtor in the area but also has become a good friend to us as well. 12/30/13 aphanchi Ryan is a very knowledgeable realtor, every time we walked into a home he could spot little things that needed some fixing, but were hard to see right away, many of which were helpful during the negotiation process. My wife and I were able to acquire our home for a much lower price than we had initially settled for because he knew what to look for and how to use that when negotiating. I highly recommend Ryan and I would definitely use him again when the time comes.

8/7/15 Robert I purchased a home that was bought by a California corporation for the purpose of flipping it. The company listed the home with a local agency. Unfortunately, the listing agent was impossible to work with. He refused to acknowledge the home's defects pointed out in a complete home inspection report. He reported work complete that was never even started. I was continually frustrated with the lies and arrogance of the listing agent. Ryan knew I liked the house and did what was necessary to make the sale happen. Ryan went above and beyond what was expected of him to talk with the agency owner, point out the problems encountered, and bring about a solution to the problems enabling me to close on my home. Ryan's knowledge of the market enabled him to guide me in the negotiation process to get a favorable purchase price. I would not have had the home of my choice had it not been for Ryan's dedication to me and my interests as a client. 6/20/15 kaitmeister Ryan was absolutely fabulous. Being self employed, the home buying process was such a huge headache. Ryan stuck with us for over a year finding us the perfect house and the perfect financing option. He has experience in basically every field involved in buying a home and was our go to guy for any questions from repairs to financing to general first home owner questions. We've been in the house almost 8 weeks and I still text him random questions and he ALWAYS has he answer. His personality put us at ease during a stressful time and allowed us to place 100% of our trust in him that he had our best interests at heart. I will recommend him to anyone!

02/17/2016 - cheerfl99 Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $225K in Apopka, FL. I'm so glad we found Ryan to help us find our new home! Every time we had a question he was quick to respond and even answered our late night concern calls. He became like family during our 4 month short sale process. He was very patient with us when we were looking at houses all over the place. Every time he showed up prepared and made us feel comfortable. I liked his honesty and realness when it came to what we were considering. He's not the realtor that unlocks a house door and lets you walk around by yourself. We met Ryan on the 14th of August. We called him as we were driving from Miami to the Clermont FL area to view one of his listings. We met and shared our desired interest for our new home. He immediately began to search out possible candidates to view. We saw a few homes that same evening. Ryan continued to show us several other homes the next morning. By that afternoon on the 15th. Ryan came highly recommended to us by my Son who moved from Maine to Florida in July 2014. Ryan provided listings to us in Maine via the internet, phoned us with specific information we requested, and returned our phone calls instantly every time. In April we asked Ryan to arrange for us to visit Trilogy in Groveland. He promptly scheduled us to meet with a Trilogy Sales Rep within 24 hours. We purchased a home in Trilogy with a July closing date. Ryan was instrumental as our Florida contact and represented us at our home inspection. He intervened whenever we needed his expertise with our mortgage issues and all aspects of our move. When our closing was delayed Ryan dropped everything to meet with us on short notice and help resolve the issue. We rate Ryan with the highest marks in every regard.
