Ryan Smaldone

Ryan has lived in Orlando his entire life. His father, Jim Smaldone, inspired him to pursue his career in Real Estate. Jim owned and operated 12 RE/MAX Real Estate Franchises in the states of Rhode Island and Massachusetts through 1990 before moving to Central Florida, where he continued his Real Estate career. With his father’s 42 years of experience and knowledge, Ryan has learned the ins and outs of the business.

While studying at the University of Central Florida, Ryan began his Real Estate career working for Invitation Homes, a division of Blackstone as a property inspector. Invitation Homes purchased more than 5,000 homes used for rentals in Central Florida in 2012 and 2013. Ryan later completed his time at the University of Central Florida, earned his Business Management Degree, and started working as a Real Estate Agent at Gibraltar Real Estate.

Ryan then moved to Homevest Realty to work with The Young and Younger Group. They are one of the top sales teams in Central Florida, doing over one hundred transactions at $49.5 million in sales volume in 2017. Ryan sold twenty-three houses in his first calendar year. He collaborates with buyers, sellers, first-time home buyers, bank-owned properties, and foreclosures. Ryan has a passion for helping others and vast knowledge of the Central Florida Real Estate market. Personable, professional, and proficient are some of his best qualities.
