Born and raised in Bakersfield, Ryan has never been a stranger to real estate. His father launched Pacific Shore as a family-operated mortgage business back in 1997. As the business grew and opened a real estate division, Ryan gained invaluable firsthand experience helping out with small office tasks throughout his childhood. After high school, Ryan ventured away from home to study human relations at the University of Oklahoma. In 2008, Ryan returned to the Golden State with his bachelor’s degree and fierce values that centered on hard work, trust, and loyalty. The Great Recession had ravaged the real estate division of his family’s business, but it wasn’t long before Ryan took up the cause to rebuild it one satisfied client at a time.

After cultivating his professional real estate sales experience in Orange County over several years, Ryan moved back to Bakersfield with his wife in 2012. There, he juggled a dual career as a Pacific Shore agent while working 12-hour shifts at Chevron. After years of enduring a challenging work-life balance, Ryan had successfully built back the real estate division of his family’s now-thriving business. In 2018, Ryan became the broker and leader of Pacific Shore Real Estate, where he continues to build on the vision of its founders.
