Ryan Strain became fascinated with the real estate industry when he had the opportunity to assist his parents with a couple of residential investment projects while working his way through college. A graduate of CSU Pueblo, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as a certificate in Construction Management, Ryan entered into the real estate scene knowing that his enthusiasm and business know-how would make him a successful representative for his clients as an Agent.
A Pueblo Native, Ryan loves his home town and has served our community in many ways. He is a guest teacher for Pueblo County School District 70, volunteers, is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma (Business) Honor Society, and mentored many new students attending CSU Pueblo. In Ryan’s down time, he enjoys the great outdoors, going to car shows, reading, gardening, cooking, listening to music, and most importantly spending quality time with family. Ryan truly appreciates the rich history of the Southern Colorado area, as his lineage hails from La Junta and Walsenburg, making Pueblo their homestead; he is a proud 4th generation Puebloan. His understanding of our communities culture, the lay of the land, and profound exposure to our surrounding areas makes him a substantial resource for his clients.
