Ryan has a long history with Phoenix real estate going back to 2004 when he purchased his first rental property just steps from ASU’s campus in Tempe. Since then, he has bought, managed, 1031-Exchanged, and flipped a portfolio of investment properties including single family homes, multi-family apartments, condominiums, and townhouses.
