Ryan absolutely deserves a 5 star rating for his help with all aspects of our recent home sale in Escondido. He understands the local real estate market very well, so advised us to list the property at a price that attracted many buyers right away.
He has a contagious positive attitude and was a real pleasure to work with throughout the processes of prepping the home to closing escrow.
I found his willingness to communicate with us about anything, anytime extremely helpful. We could reach out to him and always get a quick response. That made the experience less stressful. And he’s delightfully calm!

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!! We were able to sell our home within 5 days of being on the market, and Ryan was there every step of the way! Anytime I needed to reach out to him, he responded right away, and if he was busy at the time I contacted him, he would always acknowledge that he received my messages and would get back to me before the end of the day.
