Cannot say enough good things about working with Ryan! You always hear the stories about a real estate agent being to pushy, unresponsive, uncaring, but Ryan was none of those. We were first time home-buyers in a crazy housing market, and Ryan was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped us find our first home! Would highly recommend!

He reached out immediately and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He is diligent, conscientious, honest, prompt, communicative and accessible. He helped us to find, visit, bid on and close on a home within one month in the highly competitive Sacramento market. Working with Ryan was absolute pleasure. Called him 7am to arrange house tour at 1030am: he was pleasant cordial and ready to meet us early morning and willingly changed his personal plans to accommodate our request. So customer service before self! On tour he was polite, patient with our questions, sharing all information in forthright manner and even though he was short on time, he gave us tour of the property around the prospective home. He was just very nice and personable. I was truly impressed when he reached out after the tour to make his services available for future prospects. Ryan is the coolest yet most professional person I have ever worked with while navigating the renting/housing world. For context, he was the primary contact for a privately owned apartment which I rented out for 2 years. He was always very thoughtful and honest. The first conversation I had with Ryan was so casual when I called him, then the very first meeting we had was to check 3 houses on a random search, that's when I felt the connection with him. He is so responsive and informational. The thing about him is that he is so calm; has long patience; and his integrity is solid. I had to backed down two offers before finding our first home. He did not make me feel bad, instead he encouraged me. Ryan stood beside me til that last deal. It took some hours of negotiations, time, discussions, patience and encouragement. He does not send me any open houses nor houses he advertises just to take advantage of me. He is not pushy on things. However, gives me a good explanation on things that needs to be done in a calm manner for my best interest, and that's how he does it. He is just too professional on providing right approach. Ryan has given me great tips on how to handle this Real Estate regime. It helps me build confidence in my next journey in the future and for sure Ryan will be there with me. I am thankful for knowing him and work with him. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM!

He's logical with explanations, picks up his phone if you call and if he doesn't answer - calls you right back, and goes above and beyond your traditional realtor. I originally worked with Ryan to buy my first house in Sacramento and the experience and customer service was so great that I couldn't go anywhere else when it came time to sell. I went back to Ryan to sell and he worked diligently to get my house sold, for the price I wanted. I worked with Ryan for almost a year. His knowledge and expertise goes beyond the average. He always stayed on track with what I wanted and always had full knowledge of each property he showed. He was always patient and never pushed to make a purchase. His willingness to answer questions during each step of the homebuying process was more than expected. He never left a call or text unanswered and was always prompt with his follow ups. My first homebuying experience was stress free and like a dream thanks to Ryan.
