Ryan is a native of the Hampton Roads area for over 25 years. He grew up in Chesapeake and has spent the last 5 years at the Oceanfront of Virginia Beach. After graduating from Great Bridge High School, Ryan attended Old Dominion University, where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies: Work and Professional Study focusing on Communication, Business, and Management.
Ryan has an in depth background in retail where he has developed outstanding customer service along with interpersonal, sales, and management skills. After college he went into business as an Independent Distributor with his father. Servicing 6 stores daily and averaging around 600,000 in sales per year. Having to order weekly and predict future sales for each store in addition to strategic marketing for multiple lines of products. Building trustworthy relationships with store personal and customers, providing service that exceeds expectations.
Ready for a new challenge, Ryan received his Real Estate Salesperson license in the spring of 2019 and has joined The Real Estate Group. With the high quality training and leadership that provides all the tools and support, Ryan will be able to assist his clients through every step of the buying and selling process. Excited to start his new business built on Dedication, Determination, Communication, and Trust. With an ever-changing market he is relishing the opportunity to adapt to every clients Real Estate needs.
