We were involved with the intricacies of a property built in a flood zone and Ryan's persistence and close attention was invaluable. I have known Ryan for 5 years. He recently helped my family find a home that we did purchase and helped us recently sell a home. He is so accountable all the time. He answers text/ calls/ emails very quickly. He went above and beyond his realtor license in assisting us with staging our home, finding a new insurance man and finding someone to assist with removing a refrigerator from our basement. All the people I have met (4) on Ryan’s Hunt Realtor team were also super nice people. He has a very broad range of connections and can assist you with finding what help or information you may need. I will always look to him for future real estate needs.

Ryan helped us find our home in 2018 and was so thorough with making sure it was the perfect first home for us. So when it came time to sell in 2023, we didn’t want anyone else to handle the sale. Ryan is a wonderful realtor and really made sure he did everything possible to make our home marketable like some light staging and beautiful professional pictures. We just closed on our home today, thank you so much Ryan for helping us find our home. This pandemic has brought a lot of pressure in finding a house and we started looking since 2019, but Ryan guided us throughout the process and shared his knowledge without pushing us to make decisions on a whim or not comfortable with. He is very knowledgeable about houses, present situation and housing market. He is very patient in showing us houses all over Syracuse, Liverpool, Camillus, and Chittenango of over 20+ houses I think that we looked at. First time buyers in this pandemic is not easy, we get frustrated with no inventory, bidding wars, and really expensive market but Ryan's positive attitude made a difference in our will to patiently wait for the right home. More power and I hope you help more families find their homes. He also gave us a cute cake, so sweet.

Ryan did a great job! 100% satisfied. He was motivated, helpful, knowledgeable and easily reachable. He did the "virtual tour" option on my listing on the internet that allows you to walk around the property virtually, which was really nice, especially because I didn't ask for it and my house wasn't a high price listing. The pictures were also amazing, I had tons of interest based on the pictures alone. He sold it quick and for the price I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone selling a house.

I was fortunate enough to be connected with Ryan as a realtor. Being a first time home buyer he guided me through the entire process. He listened to my needs of what was on my list of must haves. And in the end he was able to find me the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Ryan was a HUGE help when it came to helping me find my first home. Even with this insane market, Ryan was persistent in learning what my goals were and frequently showing me houses that met my criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area I was looking in as well as other potential areas he was recommending.
When it came to the houses we looked at, Ryan was able to tell me accurate ballpark costs for fixing or replacing anything I asked about and was quick to steer me away from houses with issues he thought I wouldn’t be able to handle.
