Ryan Young

Ryan N. Young is the driving force behind the ECompass Team and is also its original founder.

Ryan brings over ten years of executive management, real estate brokerage and real estate appraisal experience from a varied array of real estate disciplines to our team, from loss mitigation and asset management to valuation and appraisal. For over ten years, Ryan has been involved in the sales and valuation of over $3 billion dollars in residential real estate in Southern California from Lancaster to El Centro, with a specialization in Orange County, Southern Los Angeles County and Eastern Riverside County. While he was Chief Appraiser at Benjamin Management Group, Ryan assisted in the training of a national team of agents and brokers in the fields of valuation and sales while heading the Orange County division from 2008 through 2011. Upon leaving in 2011, Ryan went on to found Compass Real Estate Group whose team of realtors and brokers are involved in the sale and purchase of real estate throughout Southern California.
