When I first met Sabel, it was a instinct connection. She was down to earth, warm and kind. Me & My husband both felt she was a part of our family. Which she indeed treated us like we were her’s.
It was a long journey selling our current home(Our starter home) and finding a forever home for me and our family. Sabel is indeed the real deal.
She is knowledgeable, professional and with buying and selling homes. Any questions or concerns you had she was able to answer them.
At times I felt doubtful with the process of selling our home and finding a new home that I felt discouraged and mentally drain but Sabel never gave up. She gave us comfort, positivity, and faith that we WILL indeed sell our home. She became more then just a agent at that point. She included my oldest (who is 8) son in this process. She engaged with him and spoke to him about finding a knew home. Kept his interest. Even rewarding him when he helped me with showings. That meant the world to me that she included my son in the process. My son totally adores her. I think he made a friend 😀
It takes a special someone who can carry on business and be professional and still make your clients feel like you genuinely care about them and have there best interests at heart. That’s worth a million bucks.

I'm a first time home owner. Sabel was awesome and supportive every step of the way. I could call her morning, noon, and night and she was happy to answer any questions. As a matter of fact I work 12 shifts and many of my calls came after 8pm. Any house that I was interested in we went to see. She also recommended house's that where in my budget which was on the low end, yet they were all very nice. The lender that she connected me with was also wonderful again taking and returning calls sometimes as late as 10pm. Me and my wife, from NY, were looking to purchase a home in Pennsylvania last year on a very tight schedule. I had a little less than a month and a half to find a home, close on the mortgage and move in. Because of work, I was only available Saturday and Sundays to look for homes. I contacted several RE agents through Zelle to show us homes and Sabel was the only one that was able to work with us immediately, showing us homes on a Sunday. She gave us a list of homes she thought we would like based on our parameters (size, rooms, bathrooms, etc). She shared with us all the listings and was able to schedule looking at the homes immediately and on the days we were off from work.
It is safe to say, she immediately gained me and my wife's trust, as she explained every step of the way- even buying us some lunch after hours of home hunting. After several homes, we found the one and we made an offer and won immediately!
