She has helpful, kind, caring and took the time to ensure I had the information needed to make an informed decision by making spread sheets and taking time to go over the pros and cons of each deal. I found Sabrena by reading reviews for the entire list of 140+ agents from the Zillow database for zip code 25411. Based on prior experience, I want an actual Realtor vs. agent because a Realtor is bounded by codes of ethics and maintains high level of integrity. I have also read listings from 25411 realtors for the past three years to gauge preparation, accuracy, attention to details and most importantly, the quality of their properties.

Sabrena came out on top.

Sabrena is from her area and knows the area, not just setting up shop there or "serving" the area. As we all know, when a good listing comes up, a buyer needs to act fast in this market. Sabrena came through for me even during her off day or sick day. We have closed two properties so far and looking forward to our next adventures.

I first met Sabrena in 2017, when she helped me find my perfect property in Berkeley Springs. She made the home buying process smooth and easy. As a local to Berkeley Springs, she can properly inform a prospective buyer about the market to help you make an educated decision on the property you desire.

I recently started a new employment opportunity out of state, and because of the seller's market, decided to sell my Berkeley Springs property. Being dialed into the market, Sabrena knew the sweet spot to list my property (which was significantly higher than I initially anticipated). I received 4 offers within 4 days of listing, and accepted an offer that was 6.5% greater than the list price.

This was a unique deal because a portion of the property was being acquired by the state for a DOH project. Sabrena patiently and professionally worked with both the state and the buyer's agent to make sure we made it to closing. I have no doubt that with a lesser qualified agent, this deal would have fallen apart.

I am grateful to have met Sabrena and I would recommend to every person I know, and don't know, to work with her if you plan to purchase or sell real estate in WV.

I highly recommend Sabrena. She is very professional, knowledgeable and made this process seamless. From the first time I emailed her, about a year ago, with a general inquiry about the land to the last few months when I got closer to making my offer, she always responded to my emails the same day! There are just too many words to describe what a true Blessing Sabrena Funk has been to us. Sabrena found us our first piece of land that we built a cabin on and then helped us find our fulltime home. Several years later, she was able to sell both of them for us so that we could move north on our next adventure.

I’ve had a few different careers in my lifetime but I think being a realtor would require some special skills; at least to be a good one. Knowing the market, knowing an area, knowing how to work with many different kinds of people…and doing it all professionally with a smile on your face. This is what can be said about Sabrena – 100% professional, 100% kind, and 100% honest.

I’ve worked with Sabrena on several real estate transactions over the years. Each time she has listened carefully to my needs and found the property I was looking for. I have been buying cabins in the area to turn into short-term rentals (airbnb’s). Sabrena is always on the lookout for me and has directed me to some real hidden treasures.

She gets to know her clients and really understands what they are looking for in a property. This really helps as I don’t have to tromps all around the county looking at properties that don’t fit my business model or my taste.

I also enjoy that Sabrena is not a realtor that will flood your inbox with listings just to get a sale. She is truly in your corner, looking for the best property for you. I’ve worked with realtors in the past who selfishly steered me towards their own listings.

Sabrena is a pure gem to work with and I can’t wait to find my next Airbnb with her!
