A death in the family required the sell of a house, the entire contents and the relocation of two cats. Sabrina facilitated all of these things and much more. She can truly do it all and makes it seem effortless. She is extremely personable, professional and definitely an expert in her fields. We highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.

Sabrina and her crew are incredible. Sabrina did an estate sale and sold my mother’s house. She was spot on with how much money both would make. The house sold for market value.
The best part is that Sabrina took care of absolutely everything. We just walked away and literally everything was done.
We have never worked with someone so professional. We more than highly recommend Sabrina’s company!

Not enough tabs in the ‘what I like about this business’ section! Sabrina made the standard nightmare invoking process of selling my property into a manageable stress-free zone. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t stress, but all the headaches came from outside forces and Sabrina handled everything like a champ. Including the appraisal and liquidating the Estate for us. She spotted things on her first walkthrough no other Realator did and has a wide network of professionals she works with that made the things move like a well oiled machine.

In addition to being the consummate professional, Sabrina excels at the customer handling and personality department. Hopefully we didn’t give her a headache with the constant questions but you’d never know it if we did. Always smiling, always energetic, always earlier than any other Realtors or buyers coming by to the house.

I’m glad I only had one house to sell, but if I had another, I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Sabrina Chapman is an excellent real estate agent. Not only can she sell houses, she can clear out houses and handle estate sales through her company Finders Keepers. She also arranges for rehab of houses and bringing them up to code to get them ready for sale at a reasonable price. Sabrina did a terrific job of selling 2 houses for me in 2020 despite covid-19 restrictions. I highly recommend Sabrina Chapman
