Had a great time dealing with Sabrina. She was very kind and answered all my questions. As a first time home owner she knew it was important for me to feel comfortable and also be informed of the market and not freak out. While there are a lot of realtors out very few has shown me this level of professionalism and courtesy. She was able to answer my wife questions who main language was chinese. I wish her nothing but success.

Sabrina is great! She was there with me, often ahead of me smoothing the way, every step of the way. I have worked with Sabrina on two sales now and both had some complex issues. Sabrina is young and energetic and knows so much and when she doesn't know she is tenacious until she finds the answers. I don't think you could find a better realtor to have at your side.

Sabrina listed my property, had it in contract within days, and ensured a smooth transaction and close. Yes, it's currently a seller's market, but her guidance in terms of pricing strategy brought multiple, above-list offers to the table. She's always quick to respond and always had deal-related answers ready, meaning she's in communication with her team and knows what's happening with your in-contract property. Her professionalism and style of communication will work with a new homebuyer/seller or with a seasoned buyer/seller.
