We recently bought a home in Florida and Sachi was our realtor! Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Sachi was very professional as well as personal. Our stresses were high as all our criterias needed
to be met. Sachi is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Sachi moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She is highly commendable with her professionalism and at the same time very transparent and caring for her clients.
We experienced a great deal of warmth, thought provoking positive words and attitude from her when in the past things didn’t work out and we stopped searching, but when it was time we went back to her and she still supported us with our decision. It’s still less what we say about her and she deserves very high praise!!! She made the whole process of home buying seamless and also gave us so much information during the process. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Sachi and her team are amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home. Sachi is the best and you won’t regret it!!!

Sachi Deschenes' service exceeded our expectations. She worked with us to understand our needs and provided excellent service throughout the process of finding the perfect home. We decided on a new home that was being built in South Tampa. Sachi took the time to be with us at each meeting we had with the builder to suggest necessary changes, choosing upgrades, guided us through the various inspections, and helped us manage the deadlines during the closing process. Throughout the process, Sachi represented our interests and made sure we received up-to-date information and excellent customer service. Being new to Florida, we greatly benefited from Sachi's personalized service. She was and continues to be, a source of endless information for us.
