Sahar El Khatib

Sahar El Khatib is a dynamic real estate professional with over two years of experience in the industry, specializing in both local and international markets. During her tenure with the Strock Team, Sahar has successfully completed 9 property sales, with a 10th off-market listing set to hit the market by spring 2025, showcasing her dedication and ability to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Sahar’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy. Born and raised in Kuwait for 14 years before returning to Lebanon for her higher education, Sahar was inspired by her parents’ architecture business. This exposure to design and construction sparked a lifelong love for architecture and modern interiors blended with historical elements. Her family’s influence, combined with her experience owning and managing her own properties, has been instrumental in shaping her real estate expertise.

Sahar earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Lebanese American University, where her creativity flourished. After graduating, she explored her passion for West African drumming, traveling to Guinea in 2010 to study under the great grand master Mamady Keita. Her drumming journey brought her to Santa Cruz, California, where she found her true home while working at the world-renowned Drumskull Drums and teaching drumming with the Arts Council of Santa Cruz.

By transitioning into real estate, Sahar has come full circle, combining her love for architecture, design, and meeting people from diverse cultures. She has made significant strides in international real estate, securing over 30 listings in Tulum, Mexico. This year alone, she expanded her portfolio with 4 prominent international listings in Mougins, France; Ghazir, Lebanon; Costa Rica; and Tulum, Mexico. Looking ahead, Sahar plans to add 30 new listings in Tulum in the coming year, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in international real estate.

When she isn’t helping clients find their dream homes, Sahar enjoys playing the Djembe, exploring the world of sports cars, and attending events at Laguna Seca and Monterey. With her extensive experience and personalized approach, Sahar is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling properties, ensuring a seamless and successful journey every step of the way.
