Sally Awad was phenomenal in selling my home. She made what is an otherwise stressful event very seamless. She is tenacious and a hard worker. She was always responsive, no matter the time of day (day/night/weekend/weekday/vacation). I really felt that she was truly working for my best interest. She and her team also made you feel like family. Dalia was exceptional! Having sold many properties, I can honestly say that she is probably the best realtor I have ever worked with. I would most definitely recommend Sally and her group to anyone. She is the best!!

I’d give this lady 10 gold stars if I could. She did everything right. Sold on 1st day with multiple offers at above ask. Other realtors advised to list at a lower price and Sally was adamant that the house would sell for more and it did. The marketing, photographer and all her effort was spot on and went flawlessly. If she commits to something then her word is her bond and she will do it! No matter what issue came up within the time the contract was signed until the close, she was there like a bulldozer, clearing the obstacles and keeping everything on track. Absolutely engaged every step of the way. Gold stars as well to her administrator, Dalia for having all the “I’s” dotted and “T’s” crossed. I can not give Sally and her firm a higher recommendation than what I am here. Just a really competent, professional, upbeat and positive personality who gets the job done. This is the exactly you want in a realtor. As a matter of fact she did exactly the same thing with my next door neighbor and my buyer’s sales. Giving kudos on steroids for knocking the ball out of the park!

My fiance and I moved to the Charlotte area and had connected with Sally Awad before we made the move. She was polite and professional. We had no idea how amazing she and her team were. We attended an event in her office and had the wonderful opportunity to met Sally and Jeannie. It is rare to find professional, caring, and genuine in one package, but they are all of this and so much more. All i can suggest is that you take time to meet them before making any decisions. Whether you are buying a house, selling your house, or whatever your real estate needs, you will not find a more sweet and attentive team of people. Fantastic service and top notch agent. Sally went way above and beyond to make sales process smooth. She has my business for life in the Carolina region. I rarely write reviews, but her service was so good I feel it is least I can do. I was also out of area and Sally coordinated closing and handling documentation signing power of attorney in my absence. If you are looking to buy or sell look no further. Outstanding professionalism, impeccible service, and sincere care over the entire process as if it were her own home she was selling.
