Sally and Kristianna were always easy to reach by phone or text when we were getting the house ready for the market. This can be a stressful time , but they were always ready to address our concerns and take care of all the details. They did a beautiful job of staging our house and getting pictures and videos on the website. They found out how much propane was in the tank and where we stood with HOA dues and facilitated the minor work that needed to be done after the inspection. The whole time they kept an upbeat and professional attitude .
Oh, and did I mention that the house was under contract in 4 days and closed within 8 weeks?
