If we could give Sally 10 stars we would! Wow, there are so many great things to say about Sally. From the first conversation we had to the closing on our house, we just loved working with her. We entered the market at a very tough time with little inventory, a ton of competition, and a timeline of when we needed to move. From day 1 Sally was upfront and honest about the market conditions and really helped us navigate this crazy market. She stuck with us through some losses and really coached us when we needed it. Sally is wildly driven, trustworthy, highly intelligent, buttoned up, knowledgeable on the market and all things transactional. I can tell you she will put herself at physical risk with her unrelenting drive for perfection and your satisfaction. She will chew her arm off if necessary to get you where you want to be. So rare in any business. My husband and I find her to be warm, engaging, honest, and truthful - even when you don't want to hear it. She will lovingly sit you down and say the words that need to be said. She will make you understand all your options. She is a skilled negotiator and will present you (as a buyer) in the best light possible.

One thing you may not think about, but I will share with you is, Sally is highly respected in this business. Other agents WANT to work with her as they understand her transactions make it to the table with as few bumps as possible. She gets her paperwork in, correctly, on time. In a sellers' market, this is essential when you are the buyer. If there are multiple offers, all equal, the seller agent may present Sally's offer in such a way the seller leans to you. Think about it... would a seller agent want to work with another great agent like Sally - or an agent with a "not so great" reputation? It makes a difference.

In short, if you're on the Titanic - it's going down - you have one seat left in the lifeboat - you have hundreds of people to choice from - Sally is getting on that lifeboat. She is that good. That authentic. That wonderful.

We bought the latest home two days after it went on the market and sold it 7 years later the day after it went on the market. Sally had the listing both times. Sally assisted in the purchase of a new (to us) home and the sale of our previous home. She provided significant insight into the markets, helping us to position ourselves in the best possible way to secure a dream home/property that had quite a few competing offers.

Because we didn't sell and buy simultaneously, the whole process took 6 months from the time we first sat in her office to the settlement on the sale of our previous property. She never dropped the ball once, and was completely on top of everything from day 1. It is quite a challenge to stay that engaged with a client for half a year. Our journey with Sally began through an advertisement. Based on her stellar reviews, we arranged a meeting with her to see a home in Bucks County. We were greeted with Sallys charming personality coupled with her infectious laugh and eagerness to help. It was an instant bond when she advised us on what to avoid rather than what to buy.

There are many good realtors out there but it takes a special person to be a REALtor. Some ultimately care about their purse but not Sally.

Sally sold my house in 5 days! For my asking price! Her advice in preparing my house for the market was "Spot on"! She priced my house accurately, given the comparables in my neighborhood. She was always excited to show us houses that fit well into our budget and when it came time to purchase she was always available to answer any questions that we had. If a problem or concern happened to arise she would figure out a few different solutions before even contacting us, which made things a lot less stressful! We used Sally to help us list our first home and buy our next home. The entire process was as smooth as I could have dreamed of. Sally knew just how to price our home to get top dollar and yet still get it sold. The staging advice and pictures she took made our house look stunning and we had a full price offer in 4 days! That then left us with little time to find our next home, but again, Sally came through. She found us the perfect house for our growing family and even helped us negotiate a great deal. She made sure to watch out for our best interests the entire time and to protect us in the process. Closing was completely smooth - no last minute hiccups, surprises, or scares and we closed on time.
