We used Team Wickham for both buying a new home and selling our old home. They were very patient with us in the buying process as we had a long list of "wants." Had ideas to make our offer the chosen one. And they sold our old home in 4 days!

During all of this they kept in close touch and were always available when we needed them. They knew contractors, inspectors and repair people who were able and willing to fit us into their busy schedules.

Buying or selling, Team Wickham is great.

Sally Jo and Steve were fantastic to work with. They helped me buy a house from the total opposite side of the country. I was in Oregon for 48 hours and I basically told them I needed to leave with an offer in place and two backups. They made it happen, with tons of good choices lined up to see for the weekend I was here, and their advice and counsel was greatly appreciated and exactly what I needed. They found us exactly what we wanted, and the whole Wickham team was professional and extremely easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

I called up Sally Jo and Steve when things got complicated with a house after my offer had been excepted. I wanted a second opinion since it seemed beyond my agent's experience and he was dismissive of my concerns and advising me to not ask for much. Even though they weren't my agents Sally Jo and Steve took the time to talk though all the details, validated the seriousness of the issues identified, and talked me through a detailed negotiation strategy that I was able to take back to my agent. He was skeptical, but we followed it to the letter and were able to get $50k off the original offer!!! We close tomorrow and I couldn't be more grateful that they were so generous with their skill and years of experience. It's been years since we were in a buyers market and having a team that's experienced in this type of market is absolutely priceless. I wish I could have given them the sellers agent commission. They deserved it.

Dear Prospective Oregon Home Buyers,

I am a recent transplant from New England looking for a home to be near my daughter and grandchildren. I knew a lot about the New England real estate market but was not prepared as a residential property buyer for the greater Eugene and Oregon market.

There are a lot of factors that go into why property is scarce and
often difficult to find, then offer and bidding scenarios that may or not be successful, and if successful, may not appraise well in the mortgage and equity markets. And, if you do make it to ownership...what hidden and outright problems with the property has the previous owner left for you that you would never have imagined and couldn’t see during the walk throughs, and not sure that you can bear.

I had so much fun looking for a new home with Team Wickham!
They were able to work with my husband and my schedules, which was primarily nights and weekends. They also got us in to look at houses before they hit the market, and wonderfully weren't pushy about getting us into a new home. They went at our pace in finding a house, kept us grounded with our expectations, and helped with suggestions of potential changes we could make that would make the home even better.
The cherry on the top was that we were able to buy and sell in 45 days!!

Steve and Sally Wickham at United Real Estate Properties sold a jointly held 12 acre parcel on Oregon's south coast for 4 of us heirs. This included them going back and forth between here(Eugene) and there (Harbor) at least twice. And, when what they believed to be a good offer came in after 6 months listened to and submitted our counter offer which was accepted. Their knowledge and proffessionalism could hardly have been better.
