I'm a third-generation Venturan and a REALTOR with Y Realty, working out of an office on East Santa Clara Street in downtown Ventura.

I didn't start on the sales side. My first two years in real estate were in escrow and title insurance, from 2011 to 2013, which meant I saw the inside of hundreds of Ventura County transactions before I ever took a listing. I got my license in 2013 and have been selling here ever since. Along the way I ran four offices in the county and spent as much time training newer agents as closing my own deals.

I work at the neighborhood level rather than the city level, because pricing in Ventura County changes street to street. Montalvo prices differently than Ondulando, and neither has much to do with Pierpont. I publish guides to each of Ventura's districts and lead with education rather than pressure. The idea is simple: understand a place before you commit to it.

I represent buyers and sellers across Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Ojai, Santa Paula, and Thousand Oaks. I also handle probate, trust, and inherited property sales, divorce and court-ordered sales, and downsizing transitions for seniors and their families. Those sales run on a different clock than a normal listing, and they go better with someone who already knows the process. For local business owners, I handle commercial lease representation as well.
