Sam helped us with purchasing our first home for the family and it was a great experience! He was very knowledgeable about current market conditions and able to answer all our questions quickly all the way from the beginning of our home search through closing. I would highly recommend his services if you are in need of a real estate agent. We will definitely be using him again if we are ever in need of selling or buying a new home.

Working with Sam was such a positive experience. This was our time selling a home, he took time to thoroughly explain the process and upcoming steps. He was responsive, And was always available when we needed him. Truly made us feel like his only client. With every big decision in the negotiation process we felt we had all the information needed to make the best choices. Sam was even able to refer us to great contractors, closing agents and inspectors that all took great care of us (and we’re all local small businesses which is such a bonus!) we appreciate Sam so much for all his hard work and look forward to working with him again in the near future!
