I’m a lender and Sam took great care of our clients. He was super responsive, knowledgeable and our clients raved about him. He was able to take them through an extremely hot market and got their second offer accepted! I’ve had clients who’ve gone through 10 or more offers without any luck and Sam put them into their dream home in just 2! Highly recommend Sam and the team at New Era!

All that I know to say is that Sam was just great. My wife and I were looking for a home in the mountains which required driving an hour plus at least once maybe twice a week for the better part of 3 months, then driving a few additional hours from house to house - Sam was with us all the way. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us as this was our first time buying a home. Sam was quick to generate our offers on homes that we like, which was important due to the current market situation. I think what I appreciated the most is that Sam took the time to pinpoint exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a home, which helped us because we weren't exactly sure when we started. In the end we ended up with the perfect home and Sam even bought us a griddle for our gas stove top. I could keep going but I have to get back to work now. 5 star review - definitely recommend Sam!

Sam was a great inspector. The thing that sets him apart is that he takes extra time to ensure that you as the homeowner really know the property inside and out. I highly recommend Sam Cox for home inspections. Sam is extremely qualified and conducts a very thorough inspection. He goes over each detail and lists not only defective items, but also takes pictures of them. Sam holds an engineering degree, which adds to his inspection expertise. In addition, Sam's customer service skills cannot be topped. He cares.

Sam inspected a new build for us and found a number of issues we are requesting be addressed before closing, including some issues with the roof and exterior and some cosmetic issues inside. He is thorough and great at explaining everything he found. We will be using him again for another inspection towards the end of our warranty period to see if there are any new items that occurred in the first 2 years at our home.

I was very impressed with Sam's work. We recently purchased a new build in Castle Rock, and an inspection was not a requirement for our closing process, however we obtained one through Sam, just for good measure. I was so grateful for his report, as it detailed a couple of items that were missed during our final walk-through with the builder. I would 100% recommend Sam to friends and family, he was thorough and accurate.
