Born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, I learned early on the value of hard work,
integrity, and community — principles that continue to guide my life and career. In 1993, I first
moved to South Carolina to work at a boys’ camp for two years — an experience that made a
lasting impression and sparked a desire to one day return. After spending several more years
in Pennsylvania, my family and I moved back to South Carolina in 2012, drawn by its people,
community, and natural beauty. My family and I have been involved in foodservice since
1986, where we learned the importance of service, teamwork, and excellence. I still consider
myself a foodie — always eager to try new foods and improve on familiar favorites. That same
passion for quality and continuous improvement carries into my real estate work, where I
strive to serve each client with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. In 2022, I began
my career in real estate, and in 2024, I joined Coldwell Banker Caine, proudly serving Seneca
and the Upstate South Carolina region. As a REALTOR® licensed in both South Carolina and
Georgia — and holding ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and RENE (Real Estate
Negotiation Expert) certifications — I’m committed to clear communication, honest guidance,
