Sam did and absolutely amazing job. This was my girl friend and I’s first house purchase. Not only was Sam there to answer questions anytime we had them. He did his best to advise and point us in a good direction for the best deal. His personal attention to detail goes deep and his care about what could affect us both during the purchasing process and even beyond speaks volumes to the lengths he will go to ensure you are well taken care of! In the end we got the house we wanted and a better deal than we could have hoped for, and I attribute most of that to Sam!
