About Sam

Sam Little was born in Charleston and grew up Downtown and in Mount Pleasant. As a Charleston native, he has an extensive understanding of the area and is well connected within the Tri-County region.

Upon graduating from Wofford College in 2007, Sam started his career as a District Sales Manager with a local beverage distributor which lasted for a decade. Sam Little has always had a passion for real estate, and in 2016 he was approached to work for The Beach Company. With Sam’s reputation for loyalty and customer service, he has been a fantastic addition to The Beach Company family. Since 2016, Sam has twice been designated a Charleston Realtor of Distinction as well as receiving several awards for being a top producer within The Beach Company.
When Sam is not at the office, he can be found spending time with his wife Carrie, their son Ben, and their dog Belle. Sam is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golfing or spending time on the water and in the woods.
