Sam Mandelbaum

A native of Los Angeles, Sam is a graduate of the California State University of Dominguez Hills and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Online Advertising and Public Relations. A firm believer of aiding those in need, and always looking to better himself, Sam also worked diligently to acquire an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certificate and is Nationally and California State certified.

Sam picked up a camera and started shooting photos as a hobby. Enjoying capturing his life in stills and everyone and everything around him, he found something indescribable about taking the time to make a memory happen by pushing a button on a camera. Also being an Ocean Addict, Sam try’s to find time outside of work to be in the ocean as much as possible.

With a professional background so far including in real estate sales, online marketing and advertising, social media content creation, product development, and administrative and client services, Sam is someone who enjoys learning something new everyday.

Sam enjoys working with his family’s business that for over 30 years has specialized on serving the real estate investment community. Sam’s major responsibilities included the transaction coordination of the extensive portfolio of Commercial Retail and multifamily acquisitions/dispositions. Sam oversees the property management and leasing activities of various multifamily buildings within the South Bay area. His familiarity and experience in the Los Angeles Market makes him a valuable contributor to the Mandelbaum & Associates Team.
