Sam is a fourth generation Houstonian, and for one hundred years, Houston real estate has played an integral part in his family since his great-grandfather founded Marshall Construction in 1927. From building their quaint Galveston get-away in 1930, the home he grew up in in Montrose in 1950, to the many commercial projects spanning from Katy to Baytown, the Marshalls' passion and appreciation for real estate continues to live on in Sam.
A profession in real estate is something he knew he wanted to do from the moment he got his diploma from Baylor University. He even got his license while still enrolled, and once graduated, promptly started at an investment real estate brokerage. Over his three-year tenure there, he was directly involved with almost one hundred real estate transactions (mostly off-market), both buying and selling investment grade properties.
Now, at Flash Realty Solutions, his mission is to bridge the gap between the investment and retail worlds, providing fast results for Seller's all over the greater Houston area, no matter the circumstance. Sam specializes in working with investors, selling twelve remodeled (Flipped) homes in 2021 so far. With a vast network of referrals (contractors, movers, stagers, photographers, estate sale agents), he hopes to equip his Seller's with the tools they need to make selling their home quick and easy.
